Trainee Programme
Having just completed your studies, are you seeking an attractive start to your career? If so, we can offer you our 12-month Trainee Programme. The programme is tailored according to the individual interests of each trainee and in addition to attending various departments at SPORT+MARKT, internal qualification sessions and receiving regular feedback, includes independent coordination of an exciting strategy project as well as participation in corporate events and our regular new joiners’ get-together. Intensive support in your development by a mentor and your head of department is standard procedure at SPORT+MARKT.
The areas you will become acquainted with during your traineeship with us are: Project Management/Market Research, Corporate Communication/Public Relations, Marketing, Sales/Account Management, Commercial Auditing, Strategic Communications Consultancy, Media Analysis, International Affairs.
Of course, the objective of the programme is to prepare the trainee to assume a position of responsibility with our company.
The Trainee Programme is only available in our headquarters in Germany.
Depending on requirements, we employ between 2 and 4 trainees per year. Due to the rapid international development of our company, it is vital that you have had international experience (at least one year) in the scope of your studies or internships.
The next trainee program at SPORT+MARKT is going to start in 2013. More information concerning start date, number of trainees, application deadlines, etc. will be published here end of 2012.
