SPORT+MARKT’s Performance Management Model provides the basis for targeted, appropriate further development – enabling individual, expertise-based assessment for employees and management.

 

Job Grades
In addition, we have implemented job grades rendering the career path transparent and traceable, appropriately rewarding the experience and seniority of our employees. Training on the job, targeted project work, internal qualification events and selected training from external providers promotes the expertise of our employees.

 

Personnel development at SPORT+MARKT
Due to the highly varied expertise of our employees, we regularly organise an “Internal Qualification Series” with the objective of using internal knowledge, making it available and sharing it with other colleagues. In addition, this platform is used to present new research concepts, client projects or company services. The in-house events are sometimes complemented by external speakers who we invite from time to time to present of on various topics (e.g. communications, presentation, sales expertise etc.).

As linguistic expertise plays an increasing role in our company, we offer our German and international colleagues courses in both German and English.

Participation in external further education activities is strongly related to professional as well as general goals, such as working methods. Agreements on tangible development activities takes place in the scope of annual employee appraisals.
