From your first day onwards, we make sure you receive all the support you need from us to ensure you feel fine and can go about your work effectively. In the initial days and weeks, we offer our new employees start-up sessions where they quickly become familiar with all the areas of service and products, colleagues from the departments, reference projects, organisational contexts and corporate structures. Armed with this knowledge, the second phase of integration begins – training on the job.

You obtain the special expert and methodological knowledge you require for your new position in training on the job. We develop a customised plan with initial tasks and organised integration activities for every new employee. You will regularly discuss your activities and progress with your head of department.
